  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging. Returns must be initiated within 14 days of the purchase date.

  • If you wish to return an item, please contact our customer support team within 3 days of receiving, through contact us page, with your order number and details of the product you would like to return. We will guide you through the process and provide you with the necessary instructions.

3. Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of your item.

4. Inspection and Processing:

  • Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria. If the return is approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method. Please note that it may take a few business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

5. Refunds:

  • Refunds will be issued for the purchase price of the item, excluding any shipping fees paid. If your purchase included free shipping, the cost of the initial shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.

6. Damaged or Defective Items:
